3. Contest Hosting

• Hosts are responsible for setting their own prizes.
• The Platform does not distribute or manage prize money.
• Hosts must comply with all promotion and sweepstakes regulations.

4. Data Usage

User data is used solely to operate the contest experience and, when enabled, to integrate with partner CRMs through Automated CRM Sync.

5. Limitation of Liability

TheBigTourney.com is not liable for technical delays, scoring discrepancies, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., CRMs, API clients).
